Chiplun Attraction :

Parshuram Mahadev Temple :
A 700-year-old Parshuram Mahadev Temple is a Shiva temple in Desuri tehsil in Pali district of Rajasthan state in India . It is said thatParshuram, the sixth manifestation of Lord Vishnu, made the cave with his axe and used to worship the lord Shiva at this serene place in the foothills of the Aravalis mountain range. The cave, 3,995 feet above sea-level, has naturally made figures of Lord Ganeshand Lord Shiva and also has nine Kunds which never go dry. The place is 14 km from Sadri town.

Sawatsada Water fall :
One can view this during monsoons only and is located at a distance of 5 kames from the Chaplin town.

Marleshwar :
Another beautiful Shiva Temple 95 km from Chiplun on the Devrukh Road. A temple naturally created in a cave. To see the deity one needs to get into this cave. It is said that the lucky ones can see the snakes living in the crevices of the cave.

Walawalkar Shivaji Museum :
unique museum depicting the life history of the Maratha ruler Shivaji. Located at a distance of 30 kms Chiplun towards Derwan on the Mumbai-Goa highway.
