After breakfast trek to Double Decker living Root Bridge at Nangriat with a local guide – These bridges are unique formations built by the secondary roots of the rubber trees. The local people net the roots with each other to form like a ropeway like structure which after about 100 years becomes strong enough to be used as a bridge to cross the hilly streams. Return to your lodge, evening free at leisure. Overnight at Cherrapunji.

After breakfast checkout hotel. visit Mawsmai Cave, Mawsmai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Nohkalikai Falls, Thankarang Park, Koh Ramhah and Khrem Falls. Then proceed to Shillong. Enroute to Cherrapunjee (56 kms/2.30 hrs) visit Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak – to enjoy a bird’s eye view of Shillong city.

Today to Mawlinnong village (90 kms/03 hrs) is claimed to be the cleanest village in Asia. Drive back to Shillong.

Today after breakfast check out hotel, and drive to Balipara (320km/07hrs). Enjoy your stay in one got the Tea Planters Bungalow at Wild Mahseer – set at Balipara division of Adabari Tea Estate. Stay overnight.

Early morning trek the woodland of Nameri, mostly popular for bird watching followed by river rafting on the River Jia Bhoroli. Carried out in rubber boats it is mostly a floating experience on soft rapids.
Afternoon proceed to Kaziranga National Park (130 kms/02.30 hrs) – a World Heritage Site and Tiger Reserve, covering an area of 430 Sqkms. It is the home to more than 80% of world’s Rhino population.

Early morning Elephant ride (5.30-6.30 a.m./6.30 -7.30 a.m.) in the Central range. Back to resort for breakfast followed by an exclusive jeep safari (7.30 a.m. onwards) in the central range.
After lunch enjoy another jeep safari in the Western range (2.30 p.m. onwards) of the park – ideal for grassland and big game like One Horned Rhinoceros and Water Buffaloes. Back to the resort before dark.

Drive to Jorhat (100km/02hrs) – a major tea producing and tea – research Centre of Assam. Transferred to Kaziranga Golf resort. Afternoon enjoy the gear gardens nearby.

A day excursion to Majuli – a river island amid the River Brahmaputra. Drive to Jorhat Nimati Ghat to catch a ferry to cross the river. Explore Majuli, its Satras, Mishing Tribal villages and its unique lifestyle of Assamese villages. Afternoon, drive ferry back (1.30pm) to the mainland Jorhat.

After breakfast, drive to Jorhat – Airport for onward destination.
